HG Card Program Terms

Important. The HG Card is a Whop Card. Whop Cards are Visa cards issued by Third National pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Whop, Inc. provides the card technology. Human Garage is not a bank and does not issue the card or extend credit.

Your card account is governed by the Whop Cardholder Agreement between you and the issuer (for U.S. consumers, the Whop Cardholder Agreement) and by the Whop Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with those agreements about your card account, those agreements control.

1. What the HG Card is

“HG Card” is the name Human Garage uses for a Whop Card requested through your Human Garage payout account. The card spends the balance in your Whop wallet, where your Human Garage earnings are paid. The issuer is identified on the card and in the cardholder agreement.

Human Garage is not the issuer, a lender or a bank. We do not hold the money your card spends, set its interest or credit terms, approve applications, or authorize transactions. The issuer and Whop make those decisions under their agreements with you.

2. Eligibility

To request an HG Card you must, at the time of the request:

• be an active, certified Human Garage coach;
• have a Human Garage payout account with completed Whop identity verification;
• live in a U.S. state where Whop Cards are offered (see Whop’s supported regions); and
• accept these Card Program Terms and the issuer’s cardholder agreement.

The issuer decides whether to approve your application. HG Cards are not currently offered to affiliate partners who are not coaches. One HG Card is available per coach.

3. How it works

Your HG Card draws on your own Whop wallet balance. Human Garage adds money to that wallet only by paying earnings you have earned under the Wallet & Payout Terms; we do not lend money or advance funds to your card. Spending limits, blocked merchant categories, ATM access, risk rules and declines are set by Whop and the issuer (see Whop’s card declines and risk rules).

4. Fees and rewards

The HG Card spends money already in your wallet. Human Garage’s 20% platform fee on coaching earnings is deducted before earnings are paid into your wallet, as described in the Wallet & Payout Terms; Human Garage does not charge a separate fee each time you use the card. Any card fees, and any cashback or rewards, are set out in the cardholder agreement and offered by Whop or the issuer. Human Garage may receive a share of card interchange from Whop at no cost to you.

5. Card security

Your card number, expiry date and security code are shown only inside Whop’s secure card view in your wallet. Human Garage never receives or stores your full card number or security code, and our staff will never ask for them.

Keep your card details private. You can lock your card at any time in your wallet. If your card or its details are lost, stolen or used without your permission, lock the card and contact Whop support immediately. Your responsibility for unauthorized transactions is set by the cardholder agreement and applicable law.

6. Disputes and errors

Questions, errors and disputes about card transactions, statements or declines are handled by Whop and the issuer under the cardholder agreement. Human Garage cannot reverse, refund or dispute a card transaction for you, but we will help you reach the right team.

7. Permitted use

Use your HG Card only for lawful purposes permitted by the cardholder agreement and Whop’s prohibited uses. Do not share your card with anyone. The HG Card name does not make you an employee, agent or representative of Human Garage, and you must not describe the card as a Human Garage credit product or as issued by Human Garage.

8. Ending card access

If you are no longer an active Human Garage coach, breach these terms, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, we may ask Whop to lock or cancel your HG Card. The issuer and Whop may also suspend or close the card under their agreements. Closing the card does not affect money in your Whop wallet, which you can still withdraw under Whop’s terms.

9. Your information

To request your card we share your name, email address and payout account with Whop. Human Garage can see whether you have a card, its status, its last four digits and where your application stands, so we can support you. We do not use card transaction data for marketing. We keep a record of your acceptance of these terms (date, time, IP address and browser). See our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Card Program Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new version date and ask you to accept it before your next card request. The issuer and Whop may change their own agreements under the notice terms in those agreements.
