Affiliate Partner Terms

1. Acceptance

By checking the Affiliate Partner Terms acknowledgement at checkout or on an application form, creating or using an Affiliate Partner account, or otherwise participating in the Affiliate Partner program (the “Program”), you (“Affiliate Partner”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Affiliate Terms and the Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not apply, purchase the Starter Experience for Program activation, or participate as an Affiliate Partner.

2. Relationship to the Terms of Service

Your participation in the Program is subject to the Terms of Service, including without limitation sections addressing accounts, acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution, as applicable. Capitalized terms not defined in these Affiliate Terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service when used in that context.

Nothing in these Affiliate Terms grants rights beyond those expressly stated for the Program. Coach certification, practitioner credentials, course enrollment, and other programs are governed by their own agreements and terms when applicable.

3. Role of an Affiliate Partner

Affiliate Partner status permits you to recommend approved Human Garage products and programs through tracked referral pathways and tools we provide or authorize.

Affiliate Partner status does not authorize you to teach Human Garage methodologies, certify others, or represent yourself as a certified Human Garage Coach or Practitioner. Coaches and Practitioners complete separate education and certification. You may hold both roles over time; the roles must remain clear in your marketing and communications.

You are an independent contractor. These Affiliate Terms do not create employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency. You may not bind Human Garage or speak as our legal representative.

4. Starter Experience, application, and post-purchase approval

Standard Affiliate Partner activation includes personally experiencing products you intend to recommend (the “Starter Experience”), typically purchased at Affiliate Partner preferred pricing when offered. Starter Experience products obtained through preferred pricing are for your personal experience and education — not for resale as inventory.

Purchase or application does not equal approval. Completing payment for the Starter Experience, submitting an application, or creating an account does not by itself activate Affiliate Partner status or commission eligibility.

Human Garage reviews applications after purchase (or after an approved alternate pathway). Approval, when granted, is communicated through an onboarding email (and related onboarding instructions). Until you receive that onboarding email and complete any required onboarding steps, you are not an approved Affiliate Partner and must not promote yourself as one or share referral links as if you were approved.

We may approve, defer, or decline any application in our reasonable discretion, including for brand fit, compliance, shipping limitations, incomplete information, or other Program requirements. If we cannot ship the Starter Experience to your location, contact affiliates@humangarage.net to discuss available onboarding pathways for your region.

5. Onboarding and activation

After approval, the onboarding email will outline next steps, which may include account setup, tax or payout information, brand guidelines acknowledgement, and access to referral tools. Affiliate Partner tools and commission tracking become available only after required onboarding steps are complete, as described in that email and your dashboard (when available).

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring the email address used at checkout or application. Check spam or promotions folders for messages from Human Garage regarding affiliates or onboarding.

6. Commissions, discounts, and payouts

Eligible referred purchases may earn commission (starting at 10% unless otherwise stated in your Affiliate Partner dashboard or Program materials). Eligible customers may receive a customer discount through your Affiliate Partner offer when configured.

Commission rates, cookie or attribution windows, eligibility rules, hold periods, chargebacks, refunds, and payout methods may be described in your dashboard or Program materials and may change with notice via your dashboard or email. Commissions are not earned on your own purchases, fraudulent or self-referred transactions, or purchases we determine are ineligible.

Payouts are contingent on approved Affiliate Partner status, completed onboarding, valid payout details, and our confirmation that the underlying customer transaction remains eligible.

7. Marketing standards and claims

You must follow Human Garage brand and marketing guidelines and applicable law (including advertising and endorsement disclosure rules in your jurisdiction). Disclose your Affiliate Partner relationship in a clear and conspicuous manner when promoting.

Do not make disease claims, guarantee specific health outcomes, or exaggerate results. Do not use Human Garage trademarks, logos, or content except as we expressly permit. Paid advertising that uses our brand or trademarks requires prior written approval. Misrepresentation of affiliation, coaching credentials, or product results may result in suspension or termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Intellectual property

Human Garage retains all rights in its names, marks, content, methodologies, and materials. Limited permission to use approved marketing assets for Program promotion does not transfer ownership and ends when your participation ends or we revoke permission.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your Affiliate Partner status for breach of these Affiliate Terms or the Terms of Service, brand or compliance concerns, inactivity, or for any reason with notice when required by law. You may stop participating at any time by contacting affiliates@humangarage.net. Upon termination, you must stop presenting yourself as an Affiliate Partner and cease use of referral tools and unapproved brand materials. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability terms incorporated from the Terms of Service) will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated by email or dashboard notice. Continued participation after the effective date of updated Affiliate Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop participating in the Program.
