Affiliate Partner Terms

1. Role of an Affiliate Partner

Becoming an Affiliate Partner gives you permission to recommend approved Human Garage products and programs through tracked referral pathways provided by Human Garage.

Affiliate Partner status does not authorize you to teach Human Garage methodologies, certify others, or represent yourself as a certified Human Garage Coach or Practitioner. Human Garage Coaches and Practitioners complete separate education and certification. Many people may eventually hold both roles; the two roles must always remain clear.

2. Starter Experience & personal use

Standard Affiliate Partner activation includes personally experiencing the products you intend to recommend (the Starter Experience). Products obtained through Affiliate Partner preferred pricing or the Starter Experience are for your personal experience and education — not for resale as inventory.

3. Commissions & customer discounts

Eligible referred purchases may earn commission (starting at 10% unless otherwise stated in your Affiliate Partner dashboard or program materials). Eligible customers may receive a customer discount through your Affiliate Partner offer when configured. Commission rates, eligibility, and payout terms may change with notice via your dashboard or email.

4. Marketing & claims

Partners must follow Human Garage brand and marketing guidelines. Do not make disease claims or exaggerate outcomes. Paid advertising requires prior approval. Misrepresentation of affiliation, coaching credentials, or product results may result in suspension or termination of Affiliate Partner status.

5. Shipping regions

Product availability and shipping regions may limit Starter Experience fulfillment. If Human Garage cannot ship to your location, contact affiliates@humangarage.net to review available onboarding pathways for your region.

6. Acceptance

By checking the Affiliate Partner Terms acknowledgement at checkout or application, you confirm you have read these terms and understand the distinction between Affiliate Partner and Coach roles.
