Human Garage Kids Donation Terms

1. Supporting the project
These terms apply to one-time contributions made through the Human Garage Kids checkout. Contributions support the development of the Human Garage Kids commercial animated education project, including pilot production, the studio pipeline, and its launch.
These terms supplement Human Garage's Terms of Service at Terms of Service. By checking the acknowledgment and continuing, you agree to these Donation Terms and the Terms of Service.
2. Amount and payment
The campaign's contribution buttons suggest an amount. You can review and, where available, change your amount in the secure Stripe checkout. The amount and currency shown by Stripe before you confirm payment are the amounts you authorize. Contributions are in US dollars. Any applicable tax or additional charge is shown before payment.
Your contribution is a one-time payment. This checkout does not create a subscription. You must have legal capacity to authorize the payment and permission to use the payment method. This checkout is intended for adult contributors; do not submit a child's personal information.
3. Recognition and production
The final paid contribution amount determines whether you qualify for a published contribution tier. Any recognition or benefit is limited to what is expressly described for that qualifying tier on the campaign page; changing the amount does not create benefits beyond those published terms. Production and release timelines shown on the campaign page are estimates.
A contribution does not give you equity, ownership of the project or its intellectual property, profit participation, or a financial return.
4. Charity and tax treatment
This checkout supports a commercial animation project. It does not represent that Human Garage Kids is a registered charity or that your contribution is tax-deductible. Ask your own tax adviser about the treatment of your contribution.
5. Refunds and payment issues
Refund requests follow the refund provisions of Human Garage's Terms of Service, subject to rights required by applicable law. These Donation Terms do not add a separate refund or money-back guarantee. Contact support@humangarage.net if a payment is incorrect, duplicated, or unauthorized, or if you need help with your contribution.
6. Privacy and acknowledgment records
Stripe processes your payment information. Human Garage handles your contact and contribution information under its Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy. Human Garage records the accepted terms version, document fingerprint, acknowledgment time, and contribution reference with its payment records.
You do not have to agree to optional advertising or marketing to contribute. Your privacy choices remain available separately from this required contribution acknowledgment.
7. Educational content
Human Garage Kids is educational content about body awareness and emotional self-regulation. It is not a substitute for medical assessment, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care. Parents and caregivers should supervise children's use of the content.
