A Different Way to Understand Your Body.
Join Garry Lineham for five FREE days to stop overlooking your body's signals, discover what helps you feel more at ease, and begin a simple practice you can continue.
What Have You Normalized?
Sometimes we call it aging. Sometimes stress.
Sometimes it's just how we've learned to live…
Over time, you adapt.
You move less. Plan around discomfort. Accept having less energy.
But familiar doesn't mean there's nothing left to explore.
Getting older isn't the whole story.
What if the first step toward feeling more at ease is noticing what you've learned to accept it?

Your Body Is More Than a Collection of Symptoms.
Your body is constantly responding to life.
Movement. Sleep. Food. Stress. Emotions. Environment.
They all play a part in how you experience your body.
Rather than focusing only on isolated symptoms,
Human Garage invites you to look at the whole picture.
This challenge gives you five days to explore that perspective through your own experience.

How It Works
One new video each day. One simple 20-minute Reset. Five days to discover how your body responds.
Watch Your Daily Video
Each day, Garry introduces one simple idea to help you understand your body differently, from everyday stress and body signals to fascia, movement, and recovery.
Follow the Guided Reset
Practice the same 20-minute fascia-first Reset each day, with a new focus as the Challenge progresses. No equipment or previous experience needed.
Notice & Check In
Before and after each Reset, notice how you feel and move.
You do not need to prove anything. You only need to participate and notice.
What You May Begin to Notice
Every body responds differently. Over five days, you may begin noticing subtle but meaningful changes in how your body feels and moves.
See the Bigger Picture
Begin connecting the way you feel with your movement, daily demands, environment, and habits.
Notice Less Tension
Notice areas of the body beginning to feel less tight or restricted
Explore Easier Movement
Experience possible shifts in mobility, range, or freedom of movement.
Feel More at Ease
Notice whether the daily Reset changes how calm, settled, or comfortable you feel.
Build Confidence
Feel more capable of supporting your body through a simple daily practice.
Know What to Do Next
Finish with five days of personal observations and a clearer idea of what you want to continue.
A Different Perspective.
A Fascia-First
Starting Point.
Your Five-Day Journey
Each day, a new guided video will become available. You will learn one key idea, complete the daily Reset, and record what you notice.
Recognize
Notice what you have normalized and how it affects your life. Choose one primary signal or limitation to follow throughout the challenge.
Understand
Explore how your body may be protecting, compensating, or adapting under accumulated stress. Compare how you feel before and after the reset.
Discover
Learn why Human Garage begins with fascia and guided movement. Compare what you notice with where you started on Day 1.
Build
Understand why an initial response is meaningful, but repetition, progression, and support are what help create a more stable baseline. Identify what would help you remain consistent.
Review
Compare Day 1 with Day 5. Recognize what changed, including changes in awareness, movement, comfort, calm, energy, or consistency. Then choose your next step.
Guided by Garry Lineham
Garry Lineham is one of the leading voices behind Human Garage’s approach to fascia, movement, accumulated stress, and recovery.
His work challenges the idea that the body should be understood as a collection of separate problems.
Instead, Garry invites people to see the body as an interconnected system that is constantly communicating, protecting, and adapting to life.
Throughout the Challenge, he will introduce this perspective through:
• Simple daily teaching
• Guided Fascial Maneuvers
• Direct observation of your body’s response
You will not be asked to accept another theory.
You will be invited to experience the approach, pay attention to your body, and decide what your own experience means.
A different way to understand your body, explored through your own experience.

Do I need an autoimmune diagnosis?
No.
The Challenge is designed for people experiencing persistent symptoms or physical limitations, whether or not they identify with an autoimmune condition.
What happens each day?
You will receive a new guided video from Garry.
Each day includes one essential teaching, the guided Reset, and a simple prompt to help you observe and record your response.
How much time will I need?
The daily Reset takes approximately 20 minutes.
Allow additional time to watch the day’s teaching and record what you notice.
Do I need experience with Fascial Maneuvers?
No.
The Challenge is designed to introduce the approach through simple, guided participation.
What if I have already tried several health programs?
This Challenge does not ask you to adopt another complicated protocol.
It gives you five days to test one simple repeated practice and determine whether the Human Garage perspective feels relevant to you.
What if I do not notice a dramatic change?
A dramatic physical shift is not required for the Challenge to be valuable.
Your result may be a change in tension, movement, comfort, calm, energy, awareness, or your ability to follow through consistently.
The purpose is to observe honestly, not manufacture a result.
Do I have to share photos or personal medical information?
No. Photos, diagnoses, and medical records are not required. You can participate through brief observations without publicly sharing your personal health details.
Do I need to join WhatsApp?
No. WhatsApp is optional and intended for reminders and announcements. Your daily lessons and official check-ins are available through the Challenge page.
Will the videos remain available?
Yes, the videos will be available until November 11th.
What happens after the five days?
On Day 5, Garry will invite you to review your experience and consider how you'd like to continue.
For participants who want a more structured pathway, there will also be an opportunity to explore Human Garage's complete 90-Day Full Life Reset program. Continuing is entirely optional.
Is this medical treatment?
No.
The Challenge is educational and experiential. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and is not a replacement for appropriate medical care.
If you have new, severe, or worsening symptoms, or questions about whether movement is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
